RUSSIAN TEA COOKIES
An heirloom recipe from Dorothy Eleanor Miller (1934-2007)

1 cup margarine
1/2 cup confectionary sugar (10X)
2 teaspoon vanilla
2-1/2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped nuts

Mix butter and sugar together.
Add all other ingredients in the order shown above.
Form into balls approximately 3/4 inch in diameter.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
Remove when brown.
Roll in confectionary sugar while hot.
Let cool on paper towels.
Roll in sugar again when near room temperature.

Makes about 40 cookies.
