THREE-LAYER ANY FLAVOR PUDDING PIE
An original from Donna's Kitchen

Crust:
Margarine, 1/2 cup
Walnuts, chopped, 1/2 cup
Flour, 1 cup

Bottom Layer:
Cream cheese, light or non-fat, soft, 8 ounces
Sugar, 10X, 1 cup
Cool Whip, 8 ounces

Middle Layer:
Pudding, instant, any flavor, two 3.4 ounce packages
Milk, 3 cups

Top Layer:
Cool Whip, 8 ounces
Walnuts, chopped, 1/4 cup

Start making crust by pressing butter, walnuts and flour into the bottom of a 9 inch by 13 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Let cool. Prepare bottom layer by creaming cheese and sugar in a mixing bowl, add Cool Whip, then spread onto cooled crust. Prepare middle layer by mixing pudding according to package directions, then pour over the bottom layer. Finally finish with the top layer by spreading the remaining Cool Whip on top of the middle layer, then add walnuts.

Yield: about 10 servings
