APPLE PUDDING
An original from Donna's Kitchen4 sweet apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup margarine
3/4 cup (or more) sugar
1-1/2 cup flour
1 Tbl. Lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1/4 tsp. CinnamonPlace sliced apples into a 2 quart Pyrex dish. Mix margarine, sugar and flour together in a separate bowl. Add mixed ingredients to top of apples. Add lemon, nutmeg and/or cinnamon. Bake at 350 until top is slightly crisp.
Serves 6 to 8.
