DESPERADO CHICKEN

6 chicken breast halves, skinned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 of a medium onion
1 stalk celery, cut in chunks
1 large clove garlic
12 pimento stuffed olives
1/4 cup tequila
2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
Hot sauce to taste, about 1 tsp.
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken breasts in a long baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Place onion, celery, and garlic in food processor. Chop with about 8 on-off pulses. Dump everything else, except salt and pepper, into food processor and pulse about 8 more times. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in oven about 1 hr. and 15 minutes or until done. Serve with rice.
